Invisible fence control box beeping.
I have the radio fence pet safe rf 1010.
Since the fence line is invisible the level of difficultly in locating the break in the fence increases.
It started beeping so i was certain that it was a line break.
Invisible fences work by giving a dog a warning beep as he nears the boundary of his property and giving him a slight shock via his collar if he continues on after hearing the beep.
The shock should only be strong enough to startle the dog not.

Yesterday after a storm i went out into my garage and found my invisible fence control box beeping and the green warning light stayed on.
The dog soon learns to stop when he hears the warning to avoid the shock.
If the invisible fence beeping started after a storm it still may not be a damaged transmitter it may be a fault from the wet ground the best way to test this is to pull the pair of wires out of the transmitter and put in a small loop of wire into the same 2 slots you removed the pair from.
For some reason the sensitivity changed from around 2 to 7 5 on the unit.

Tune a portable radio to the frequency your invisible fence uses.
The transmitter box starts to beep to notify you that your dog left the yard.
Walk the perimeter of the invisible fence and look for drops in the signal.
The fence wires should be attached to the leads close to where they join the coils.
If there is a break in the fence the transmitter box will beep nonstop until the break is located and repaired.
You will know you have the right frequency when you hear fast tapping or beeping through the radio.
Below 3 beeping above 4 it went away.
